A
father and son
team from Cherbourg has won the top prize in the Rolex Fastnet Race,
and the French have been climbing all over the top honours.
Sailing two-handed,
Pascal and Alexis Loison beat off the threat from bigger, more powerful
, and vastly more expensive rivals to take their 33-foot Night and Day to the best corrected time out of 336 starters in the 611-mile race which started from Cowes on Sunday.this father and son
had this oneness
in sailing
this is oneness with God
| Jhn 17:11 |
And
now
I am no more in the world,
but these are in the world,
and I come to thee.
Holy Father,
keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one,
as we are.
God the Son
had oneness with God the Father

 |  Jhn 17:21 |
That they all may be
one;
as thou,
Father,
art in me,
and I in thee,
that they also may be one in us:
that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
|
| Jhn 17:22 |
And
the glory
which thou gavest me I have given them;
that they may be one, even as we are one:
|
| Jhn 17:23 |
I in them,
and thou in me,
that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
|
Christ was praying
that we would experience oneness with God the Father as He was experiencing oneness
| Jhn 10:16 |
And other sheep I have,
which are not of this fold:
them also I must bring,
| |
| Jhn 10:30 |
I and my Father are one. G1520
