2Ch 12:1

¶ And it came to pass, when Rehoboam had established the kingdom, and had strengthened himself,  he forsook the law of the LORD, and all Israel with him. the  reason God allows us to get established and stronger is so that we  would seek Him 2Ch 12:7 And when the LORD saw that they humbled themselves, the word of the LORD came to Shemaiah, saying, They have humbled themselves; therefore I will not destroy them, but I will grant them some deliverance; and my wrath shall not be poured out upon Jerusalem by the hand of Shishak. when we humble ourselves before the LORD we are in a position to get blessed 2Ch 12:8 Nevertheless they shall be his servants; that they may know my service, and the service of the kingdoms of the countries. God wants His people to be able to discern the difference between His service and the service of the kingdoms of the countries His service includes Godly pastors and elders accountability  love acceptance easier burdens 2Ch 12:14 And he did evil, because he prepared not his heart to seek the LORD. to overcome evil we have to prepare our hearts to seek the LORD pray about your involvement  with other Christians su   5/17 sa 5/16 fr 5/15  pray about increasing this area and decreasing the mon through Friday service
